Self-Assessments & Exercises

The below self-assessments and self-directed exercises can help you identify your personality type and strengths, and they can also help you crystallize your work-related values, needs and priorities.

If you also wish to take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI) or the Strong Interest Inventory (SII), please speak with your counselor. The MBTI is a computer-scored personality preference inventory that can lead to increased self-awareness. The SII compares your interests with the interests of individuals who are satisfied in their occupations. This information can help you discover areas both within the law and outside of the law which may suit you. Your counselor can help you determine which, if either, of these tools may benefit you.
